The friendliest and best staff ever! Rooms are small but clean and we were lucky to get a room with a balcony, facing the arch. Good breakfast was downstairs in the same building, at another restaurant. Location is great, in the middle of everything but it was still quiet in the room. We loved our stay here!

Friendly staff and great location. The room was ok, there was a small window towards the tiny courtyard and a mirror was broken in the room and covered with a plastic bag so not supercosy. Lots of stairs and during our stay, the elevator was down. But there were strong staff members to carry the luggage. The location is excellent.

Lots of options for breakfast. The best location for a hotel in Lisbon. Clean rooms and very quiet . The staff was exceptional. Lorraine was the best in helping us with everything from restaurant reservations to assisting us with bus transportation. I’m recommending this hotel to my friends and my son and his wife on their honeymoon next year.

I cannot speak highly enough about the hotel manager Saolo and the entire staff of the Arch Hotel. The front desk staff were quick to offer helpful information regarding my stay and various activities in Lisbon. My room was a clean and adequate space. The AC worked very well and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked the balcony and the perspective it provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

The hotel is great !! Perfect location! Can be a little noisy outside because of location but it was fine. Staff are amazing. Very fresh and clean. They even gave me a nice surprise treat for my birthday and a personalized note. Very kind of them. Their attention to detail is spot on!

Great location, nice hotel, issue with room sizes

The hotel is ok, very small, but good service and amazing location. There are 2 big issues: 1. For the first 2 nights, I got a room that was much smaller than advertised, but is charged the same as other rooms. When I realized this, they switched me to a normal one. They should not charge the same for this room (room 201). I'm talking super tiny!! 2. Reception is on the first floor, however there is no elevator to go there and need to use the stairs. Not great with the bags and all. Only other comment is that breakfast was in a different hotel, 3 minutes walk. I understand that this is temporary but worth mentioning.

Une chambre sous les toits avec un velux et petite mais neuve et très propre. Un escalier redoutable pour arriver à la réception. Mais heureusement bien aider pas le personnel pour monter et descendre notre grosse valise. Un petit déjeuner complet mais servi dans un autre hôtel, à une centaine de mètres, du fait de travaux pas terminés. Hôtel bien placé, central et proche des transports en communs ce qui permet une visite de la ville à pieds. Une bonne adresse
