8/10 Very good

Bait and switch?
Overall, we enjoyed our one night at Sedona Pines. Check in went smoothly until the agent said I needed to wait for a parking pass. I thought this was odd, as I had just provided her with information on my vehicle. There was also another guest waiting for a pass. I then asked who would be giving me the parking pass, and she pointed to a sales representative who was mid-presentation trying to sell a timeshare to yet another guest, and said the sales rep would be providing it. I asked if I could go ahead and go to my room, as I really didn’t want to wait for an extended time for a “parking pass” that was obviously a thinly disguised ploy to get guests to sit down with a sales rep. We enjoyed our bungalow. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and playing cards. Would stay here again.
