Unit was very clean. AC unit didn't work, tv one channel, may have been our error, one small bar of soap and no one at front desk ever. Had to call them. Very centralized and clean. Neighbours were noisy and could hear most things.

Motel style a few steps to get to your room. Great view of Perce Rock. The owner at check in was lovely and sweet. It had air and heat. There was a pod coffee machine and fridge. No microwave but you could heat up your food in the main lobby. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Very warm welcome from the staff, rooms are clean and mattresses comfortable. The rooms do not have a view. We recommend for a short stay in Percé.

Personale gentile, camera spaziosa e pulita.
