The first thing to say is that this guest house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, all of the bedrooms are on the upper floors and there is no lift. I only mention this because it was a problem for us although the management did their best to accommodate us once we made them aware. The room we were given was small and there was very little storage space. However the best was made of the space. There was a kettle and hospitality tray with various teas etc. It was hot and a fan was provided, which helped a lot. There was a brilliant shower and bathroom. Car parking: There is on street parking in front of the hotel and there were plenty of spaces when we arrived. There is more secure parking to the rear of the hotel. The breakfast provided is excellent. There are cereals, juices, yoghurts, pastries and crumpets to name a few to start. After that lot, you can have a full cooked breakfast as well. Superb value! Unfortunately we cannot return due to my wife's disability but I would thoroughly recommend this traditional guesthouse to anyone.

Room was clean , not big but just enough for a couple, with small fridge which is really small two 500ml bottles max. Tv with FireStick . For me the bed was just okay, wife had a really nice sleep on it. Staff really friendly and attentive. I'm not sure about these fingerprint locks on the room doors, looks modern and cool but it's a little flimsy and just adds extra time on your check in to register your prints, nothing major tho. Breakfast is good and plenty.
