The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. We had someone in our party have to go to the hospital and the staff allowed us a late checkout and held luggage. Very grateful for all their help. In addition, they are a great hotel within walkable distance from the cruise port, restaurants, mall, etc!

Very, very nice room with very comfortable bed. Reception area, however, is small and congested with many check ins and check outs. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Can't beat the convenience as the hotel is close to everything and is ideal for a pre and post cruise stay. They even hold your bags for you if you arrive before check in timeand only ask a voluntary charity donation if you wish.

Room suited my needs completely . Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Servers were outstanding. Location was ideal. Chris, Lisa, Chloe and Alina were rock stars.
