Reception staff are accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant next door was like a Cobb & Co, a big range but mass produced. The bar area is comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Only issue was the smoke stop door that thumps every time someone enters the hallway. Were woken every time this occurred. A wee bit of road noise due to location but not unusual for a hotel/motel.

The room was clean and the bed was cozy and fluffy. The hallway was dusty and dirty and needed vacuuming. The office staff was delightful. The location was hard to find since it sits behind a restaurant, don’t trust Google Maps on this one. I had to stop at a local petrol station for directions. Breakfast was the typical Scottish menu. Parking was great!

Emplacement pratique à la sortie d’Edimbourg pour se rendre dans les Highlands. La literie est très bien, mis à part les oreillers très épais, mais matelas parfaits ! Un petit coup de jeune ferait du bien à la chambre. Salle de petit déjeuner lumineuse et petit déjeuner copieux.

Even though it said on the booking that this hotel doesn't have any AC the room we got was so damp, moist and hot we asked to change. Despite protests from the staff we got a new room that was warm but much nicer. No USB outlets that other Premier Inn has.
