We cannot say enough good things about our stay! All of the staff were so helpful and welcoming, from our server, Tyler, to the hostesses, Angela and B. Even a fellow hotel guest went above and beyond by offering to bring down his own swimming trunks for us. Everyone made our stay feel special, and everything was wonderful. We definitely plan to return often!

Everything was wonderful. The bartenders in the grill can use a little more friendliness. They weren’t rude but they didn’t address us for a while after we sat down then drinks took a long time and it wasn’t busy. But food and drinks were great.

LOOOOOVE this place! Great staff. Beautiful atmosphere. Great restaurant. Pool is a true resort. (I do wish they would limit kids areas and hours) The rooms are beautiful and well outfitted at great prices. They also SMELL AMAZING! Love the non smoking rule and variety of games. The outdoor entertainment area is legit as well. We will be regulars here!

It is a nice hotel. We stayed 4 nights. The pool was the nicest part of the hotel. Our bed was never made, however we did get clean towels each day. More hooks are needed in the bathroom. Need larger garbage cans; the ones they have are way too small. Did not win at the casino, which is very unusual in that we normally win at least $100+ at a minimum. I guess they need to pay for the new hotel first. Not sure I would stay there again.

This hotel was amazing. It was so clean. I wish I could bottle the smell and bring it home. I told my husband I don’t know how many times how good it smelled especially in the lobby. It was so convenient with having the casino and restaurants down stairs. The pool was stunning so don’t be Like us and forget your swim suits. We will absolutely stay again. 10/10

Room door didn't fit properly which allowed light in. Bathroom was ill designed- no ventilation, no door on shower which caused moisture on floor. Toliet didn't flush tissue without several tries. There was no extra blanket for my comfort- my husband wanted room very cold. Restaurant the next morning had slow service and was out of my morning tea bag.

I loved the front desk staff and the property and room were to notch. However, the most concerning was the inability to contact the front desk from the room phone. I tried but was connected with someone in another city who knew nothing about the actual hotel itself. It appeared she was aware I was calling from a Choctaw property of some sort but unaware of the actual property I was calling from. I see this as a potential serious problem. Also be aware that all in room movies appear to cost $25 each no matter if they are current & still in theaters or are over 30 years old. We also had an issue at breakfast with being told we needed to give a phone number “for their records” before even being seated or handed menus. We left without ordering. I have left complaints with corporate and will change the ratings as called for.
