Rachel at the front desk was awesome! Accommodating and very pleasant upon check in! Lobby, room and outside VERY clean AND all new ( just opened 10/31/25). Free breakfast, carts available for luggage. No fridge or microwave in room but one in the lobby for guest use along with plates, cups and utensils. Would stay again for sure!

My son and I stayed at Avid for two of three nights, the event we attended was stopped because of storms. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet. The staff was great. They were polite, and answered all our questions. We didn’t eat a full breakfast because we left early to get a good parking atvthe race event we arrended, but it looked good. We wished there was a far leas a smalk fridge. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks Avid.

The hotel itself is quite nice, nicely detailed rooms with privacy blinds. Very clean and spacious. Large bathroom. Staff was very personable and efficient. The only thing that was missing was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Even without those amenities, i would give this place a 9.5 out of 10.

The staff was WONDERFUL. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind everyone was. The property itself is nice, but I did not read carefully enough that there was no refrigerator. This will likely deter me from staying here in the future. The other challenge was that the compressor in our hotel room was not working properly and was making awful sounds all night. Our lock also stopped working, and so those two issues led us to switch to a different room the second night. Again, the staff was wonderful, but the room rate was fairly high for the issues we encountered. I would have appreciated a discounted night for the first stay as a compensation.
