This is more a motel than a hotel. Located away from the city center (~20-30 min walk), this is a newly constructed resort operating under pre-opening conditions, which means that not all equipment are available (no public bath, for example). Everything is brandnew, so it's very clean. No facilities around (the closest kombini is ~15 min walk). So, very convenient if you have a car, not so convenient when you are travelling by train/bus.

We stayed at Yutoria Resort with two children under 10 and our infant, and we were pleasantly surprised by how new, beautiful, and well-maintained everything was. The reception staff were very kind and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and excellent value for money. The resort is currently undergoing renovations, so the restaurant and bathing facilities were not yet available for use during our stay. The reception area is also temporarily located in a small building, but apart from this, everything was great. The only downside is that the resort is a little far from the town centre. However, there are good bus connections, and we walked into town every day, which took around 25 minutes. Daily room cleaning is available, but we chose not to have our room cleaned every day. Despite this, the staff thoughtfully left a bag with fresh towels and two litres of water on our door handle every day. What really stood out was how family-friendly the resort is. Upon arrival, each child received a lovely little bag containing an activity book, slippers, bath soap, and a children’s toothbrush. At the end of our stay, the children were surprised with Halloween goodie bags and a free toy! These small gestures made us feel very welcome and showed that the resort genuinely cares about its younger guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and found it to be fantastic value for money, especially for families travelling with young children. We would happily recommend it!

only one thing was not really convenient was there were no changing area before and after shower, you needed to use the rack (hotel provided) to hang your clothes and use the curtain to get the changing area (can't go and in the room when someone taking shower.

部屋お任せプランで2名で宿泊しました。フォース、4人部屋で広い部屋でした。連れの女性の意見では、洗面所付近に持参した小物を置く場所がないので例えば4人で宿泊したら困るだろうということでした。私たちは他のベッドに余分にいただいたバスタオルを敷いて物置にしました。 置いてあるテーブルは小さいので飲み物を置く程度です。 あと、エアコンの効きが悪いと思ったらフィルターがホコリだらけでした。一番低い温度にしても部屋が冷えにくかったです。つまり清掃は行き届いてないということになります。他の部分はきれいなのでもったいないです。 その他は、部屋の外にウォーターサーバーあり、製氷機あり、使いませんでしたが部屋に電子レンジありと良いですね。冷蔵庫はミニタイプなので飲み物冷やす程度です。

Logement très propre et bien équipé. Bonne literie. Tout était à disposition : produits d’hygiène, thés et tisanes, fontaine à eau… Parking. A 15 mn à pied du centre de Takayama et 5 mn de restaurants et commerces. On recommande. Le seul petit bémol est que dans l’annonce, il était noté « vue sur montagne » et ce n’est pas le cas.
