Very BAD experience. After I have prepaid for my two days stay. upon arrival the hotel manager stated not having my reservation and been sold out. I literally had to sleep one night in the car. No other option was proposed, Hotels.com never answered the phone. I presented a claim hope they at least refund me, and it will be nice to hear an apology. Thanks.
