The room was very nice, clean, & a good size for the price (a little smaller, but for a budget hotel quite good). The main complaint is simply the check-in process. Part of it is not their fault: the system did not receive the data from Hotels.com, so of course there was some difficulties. & to be fair we arrived close to midnight so it was late & to be expected that there was only 1 staff working. But this 1 staff was clearly not trained in the system nor very friendly—not mean or rude, but we clearly had a lot of luggage & it was very late & he did not offer to help with it nor offer water or a chair or anything. There was also another guest who came in while we were trying to get everything sorted & he didn't offer to check that guest in really quickly while he was waiting on a call-back from his manager, so that guest had to wait like 15 minutes til we were done. But in the end everything was sorted & the room was quite nice for the simple overnight we needed, hence the relatively high 4-star rating.
