Nice hotel, right by the bay. Hotel was accommodating, but on New Years Eve we needed glasses to make a toast and they didnt have enough cause they were using them at the restaurant on the roof. Also would have been nice to have access to see the fire works on the roof but weren't allowed to have access.

O hotel tem excelente localização, estrutura nova e moderna, além de roupas de cama e amenidades de banho de ótima qualidade. No geral, percebe-se cuidado com a estrutura e o conforto dos quartos. Entretanto, alguns pontos prejudicaram bastante minha experiência. O ar-condicionado estava visivelmente com o filtro sujo. Tenho problema com rinite, então isso acabou afetando meu conforto durante a hospedagem. O principal problema, porém, foi a piscina permanecer fechada para manutenção durante todos os dias da minha estadia, sem que eu tivesse sido informado antecipadamente pelo hotel. Como se tratava de uma viagem de turismo para uma cidade de clima muito quente, a área de lazer e a piscina foram fatores importantes na escolha deste hotel. Se eu soubesse previamente que a piscina estaria indisponível, teria escolhido outra hospedagem. Considerando também que as diárias não são baratas, senti-me prejudicado pela falta dessa informação antes da chegada. Outro ponto que precisa ser revisto é o café da manhã. O salão ficava muito lotado e, apesar de os funcionários serem dedicados e ágeis, era evidente que a equipe não conseguia atender adequadamente à demanda. Havia demora na reposição do buffet e dificuldade com a disponibilidade e organização de mesas e cadeiras. A impressão é de que faltam funcionários e uma logística melhor para comportar a quantidade de hóspedes. O hotel tem muitos pontos positivos e uma ótima estrutura, mas acredito que precisa melhorar.

Hotel incrível! Fomos para o Hotel Tivoli comemorar o Aniversário da minha Namorada, desde o pré cheking já nos atenderam muito bem! Maria que nós atendeu no pré cheking foi uma querida, nos colocou em um quarto com uma vista maravilhosa pro Rio. Quando chegamos na recepção do hotel, os funcionários nos recebeu com um atendimento super atencioso. Assim que entramos no nosso quarto nos deparamos com uma vista da janela surreal de linda, ficamos encantados. Quarto amplo, cama super macia, lençóis aconchegante. E sem falar no banheiro, com toalhas e sabonetes de qualidade. Teve até mensagem de boas vindas que deixaram na tv. Até Mimaram a minha namorada deixando um bolinho pra ela no nosso quarto e com uma cartinha de felicitações ! 🎉 O café da manhã do hotel é delicioso, tem muitas opções e com vista para piscina. Visitamos também o restaurante seen que fica no Rooftop do hotel e o restaurante Itália wine que fica no terraço, os dois com pratos impecável. Toda equipe de serviço muito prestativa, sempre atentos em dar suporte ao hóspede . Enfim, adoramos a experiência de se hospedar no Hotel, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.
