It's a lovely, modern hotel near the Old Town and the ferry port. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. There were two things that bothered us; the lights- either full blast or none. We couldn't just put on one corner lamp or the mirror lamp in the bathroom. It was all or nothing. The shower- the shower itself is great but the glass partition is too short, which lead to flooding. We got an early ferry so we didn't have breakfast.

Friendly Staff. Breakfast buffet only average so consider skipping and go for a coffee shop in Rotermann instead.

This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.
