Nice & friendly staff ! Mr Besiktas and the Driver make our Hollyday better... The Room was good but the Aircondition works only with starting in the Lobby. No small lamps on bed side... but a solid room with a good WC and shower. Laundry service was good. Breakfast , Coffe , Tea = good ! I was booking with Hotel.com But Hotel, Staff and Baku was nice to visit and to share some infos about some topics. Cleaning Staff works fine .. thx. And agaon. The Driver are Senna 2.0 . He flight us to the airport ! But allways in legal Speed... in case i visi Baku again i will take the Same Hotel 👍 A special thanks to the entry Cat !🐈 çok iyi Kedi 🐈💚

Decent room for the price, center part of town and walking distance to most sight seeing locations, note if you were taking a bolt a driver can not bring you to the location so you must be dropped off at the garden or metro north or northwest of the hotel and walk down. Be prepared to bring your own luggage without assistance. Assistance to bring luggage to your room is offered once in hotel, but not to.

Cheap, good location, staff generally good. Housekeeping poor; shower runs hot & cold (no thermostatic valve); plumbing very noisy; toilet seat loose; wet carpet; no bedside light; overhead lights very bright and only one switch by door; no instructions for room safe; only two coat hangers. BEST AVOIDED
