Tivemos um problema na primeira noite, não havia água quente disponível no quarto e um vazamento no vaso terrível, tentamos nos realocar e até sugerimos trocar de unidade para poder tomar um banho quente após a longa viagem. Não resolveram de jeito nenhum pois todo o bloco de quartos estava sem água quente, por fim tivemos que tomar banho gelado. No outro dia pela manhã disseram estar realizando manutenção e ficamos completamente sem água. Pedi pra falar com o gerente Edson que nos trocou de quarto alguns minutos depois. Porém não informou ao recepcionista e ficamos mais tempo esperando na recepção até decidirem nos colocar em outro quarto.

O cheiro do banheiro estava horrível, pedimos para nos trocar de quarto mas não houve a mudança . Percebemos que ao chegarmos os funcionários nos receberam super bem , mas na hora de falar que o banheiro estava com um cheiro ruim já mudaram a meio que nos evitavam . Até que quando fomos sair eles estavam pedindo para todos avaliarem bem mas para mim nem pediram nada . Fora o caos que era do lado de fora da varanda , vários entulhos jogados.
