What an amazing space. Super high ceilings and a feeling of grandeur. Really well thought out, well appointed, lots of useful equipment to use. Super central location, lots of restaurants and eateries close by. Parking is a bit of a lottery but lots of options if you don't mind a 5 min walk. Super convenient for the TGV to Rennes or Brest too.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, l’espace du loft, tout ce qui était fourni, par contre, nous sommes tombés sur des voisins du dessus qui faisaient un boucan ( ce n’est pas bruit à ce niveau là), donc c’est bruyant car dans un vieil immeuble et les fenêtres ne sont pas très hermétiques
