Relatively clean and comfortable, but it was next door to an Irish Pub and the walls/windows were not insulated for sound. Good news is they played a bunch of bangers! Bad news is they played them until 2 am.
Great place if you're looking to party till late. Bad option if you want to sleep while it's dark...
