From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful, considerate and extremely polite. My wife had an injured arm, which meant careful maneuvering around the dining room. The dining room staff couldn’t have done any more to help her and myself while we were in there the gentleman on reception went over and above to ensure that Taxis were booked to take my wife to the hospital for a consultation and our transfer to Malaga Airport at the end of our stay. The ladies who maintained and cleaned the rooms did an excellent job. My only comment about the accommodation we had was that the beds seemed a little on the large size for the space they were allocated to. The kitchenette was modern clean and had all the necessary facilities. In summation, this is an excellent town hotel, with the town centre metres away.

A good stay in a very central part of Fuengirola. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is a very new hotel and some areas are still a work in progress; however, this did not affect our stay. I normally choose accommodation where breakfast is available. The option was not shown on the Hotels.com website, but the restaurant downstairs had been preparing to open. We were told that, as it was their first day serving breakfast, it would be complimentary, which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with a fridge and a kettle, along with complimentary tea and coffee. The air conditioning was excellent, and we had a very good night’s sleep. My only minor complaint was the bed. The pillows were lovely, but the mattress was extremely firm and not particularly comfortable.

Parking inclus dans le descriptif mais quand vous arrivez ils ont peu de place et vous demande de réserver ce qui est impossible quand vous réserver en dernière minute 2 fois de suite j'ai héberger dans le mois de juillet et août et j'ai du me contenter d un parking public payant de 20 euros supplémentaires

Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavia ja avuliaita. Henkilökunta teki kokemuksesta erittäin hyvän, aina iloisia ja avuliaita. Aamiainen oli kohtuullinen, joka aamu emme jaksaneet herätä sen vuoksi eli ei niin erikoinen. Hotelli juuri remontoitu ja huoneet hyvät. Suihkussa käynti oli hieman haastavaa koska vesi oli joko kylmää tai todella kuumaa. Sänky oli niin kova että en pystynyt siinä nukkumaan vaan kävin ostamassa lisäpatjan kaupasta koska yövyimme kuitenkin kaksi viikkoa. Meillä oli ensimmäinen kerros ja yöllä liikenteen ääni hieman häiritsi , moottoripyörät ja jostain syystä tööttäilevät autoilijat. Mukavuutta pienensi parvekkeella oleva ilmalämpöpumpun ulkoyksikkö joka oli ilmeisesti useamman huoneen joten oma ilmastoinnin käyttö ei siihen auttanut, puhalsi todella kovaa ja kuumaa ilmaa parvekkeelle niin että siinä ei kauvaa viihtynyt. Muuten paikkana loistava: Juna-aseman ja rannan välissä. Kahviloita ja pikku marketteja 100m säteellä. Ravintolat, ranta 5min kävelyn päässä. Tiistai ja sunnuntai markkinat kilometrin sisällä, Kaikin puolin hyvä majoitus paikka. Mikäli huone olisi ollut korkeammalla ja ilman lämpöpumpun ulkoyksikköä parvekkeella niin ainut moite olisi ollut kova sänky. Voin suositella kaikinpuolin majoitusta mikäli ei kaipaa hotellilta muuta kuin nukkumapaikan. Tulemme varmasti uudelleen mikäli tarvitsemme lyhytaikaista majoitusta , emme ajatelleet varatessa että pidemmällä viipymisellä olisi huvä että hotellissa olisi uima-allas tai vastaavaa ajan vietettä

Mycket bra hotell. Rent och fräscht. Bra service, vi fick en bra parkeringsplats precis vid hotellet i garage. Nära till stranden och väldigt centralt. Har bara bra saker att säga om detta hotell och dess personal. Om jag åker till Fuengirola igen så kommer jag inte tveka att boka här igen.

À notre arrivée, seul Simo, le réceptionniste, s’est montré véritablement bienveillant et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Malheureusement, le reste de l’expérience a été très décevant. La propreté de la chambre laisse clairement à désirer : draps tachés et présence de touffes de poussière sous les draps . Durant notre séjour, le service de chambre s’est limité à refaire le lit, sans réel nettoyage complémentaire. La climatisation était également très médiocre, ce qui est particulièrement problématique en plein mois d’août. Autre mauvaise surprise : nous avions prévenu la veille de notre départ que nous devions quitter l’établissement à 4h30 du matin en raison d’un vol très tôt. On nous annonce alors qu’il n’y aurait pas de réception à cette heure-là pour nous restituer la caution liée au parking. Le réceptionniste présent, autre que Simo, n’a proposé aucune solution et s’est contenté de nous répondre que le check-out ne se faisait pas à 4h30, que ce n’était pas son problème et que c’était simplement une histoire de 50€.. Une attitude particulièrement peu professionnelle et aberrante. Le seul véritable point positif de cet établissement reste son emplacement, à proximité de tout, ainsi que la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Simo. Pour le reste, expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je n’y reviendrai certainement pas. Il y a tellement mieux dans cette belle ville!

Väldigt väldigt nöjd. Personalen var trevlig! Det enda jag är lite missnöjd med är att stödpersonalen ej gav nya handdukar. Handdukarna var fuktiga eftersom man använt den på morgonen, efter stranden tar man gärna en dusch innan man går ut och äter. Samt att väldigt mycket kändes ”trångt. Men för priset så är de värt det! Rekommenderar, även fast los Boliches är den bättre platsen!

Hotellet var nytt og fint, med et rent og ryddig inntrykk gjennom hele bygget. Rommet var enkelt innredet, men rent og pent – akkurat det man trenger for et hyggelig opphold. Det som trakk litt ned var parkeringen, som var vanskelig å finne. Her kunne hotellet med fordel hatt tydeligere skilting eller bedre informasjon på forhånd. Frokosten var dessverre under middels. Juicemaskinen fungerte ikke, og kaffen var av et ganske billig merke. Dette står i kontrast til det ellers gode inntrykket hotellet gir. Alt i alt et fint hotell med potensial, men frokosttilbudet og parkeringssituasjonen bør forbedres.
