Quando cheguei na propriedade estava tudo perfeito. Porém não tem serviço de limpeza enquanto se está hospedado. Não é um hotel, é um flat. Conta com um mercadinho dentro do condomínio. Tem máquina de café. Está localizado ao lado da estação de metrô Sacomã. Então no geral digo que é muito, muito bom.
