"Overall it’s good value for money, there is so much noise at night and early in the morning when people leave for chichen itza , i could sleep well but my boyfriend couldn’t. I also didn’t get good vibes from the staff tbh, they only say: check in at 3 without checking if the room is empty so u can rest on a hot day. Everywhere else did so but here no. I hope they learn to be nicer and a bit more flexible "
