Air conditioning didn’t really make a difference when setting it to high, still felt like it was coming out medium, since it was an old school thermostat, couldn’t really set the temp. The room was big but seemed very open, too much space. Very small coffee table and only one chair, rolling office chair. The bigger table, couldn’t use to eat on because it was occupied by the 20in tv. The mini fridge didn’t stay cool, plus I found 4 dead roaches in it and 1 live one walking around. Felt like there wasn’t enough towels. Only 2 normal bath towels and a floor towel. 2 roaches were found in the bathroom and one medium one ran across the bathroom sink. Besides that, the bed was comfortable.

6/10 Good

There was a good person at reception, very kind, the room was clean. The 3 stars is because the property needs some maintenance.

2/10 Poor

I am not want to leave reviews, but this has been one of the worst experiences in this hotel. The parking is perfect because I have a truck and a big trailer was able to park and then when I go into the room, the air conditioning just turned on and was just heater OK so the next thing I turn on the TV nothing works so I go to the front office and tell the gentleman listen to the TV, not working in the AC

8/10 Very good

The parking lot was huge, no worries of crowding here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and understanding of our needs.

You get what you pay for !! don't be fooled by the pictures on the website. Everything in the room was in bad shape: the TV looked like it was from the early 2010s with 720p quality, every room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom was dirty, and there were cracks in the walls everywhere. The bed sheets were dirty, and there were blood stains on the pillows. When I complained, they looked at me like I was being unreasonable. I ended up having to sleep in my car in the parking lot instead.

A gritty place. Bugs came in from under the door. Trash outside doorway of some rooms. Lost a necklace there...went back to motel to ask housekeepers, necklace was not found.

The room was just nowhere. I’d stay we checked in because we needed to rest before we continued on our trip. The bed literally had a dent in it as if there was a body that never moved and that’s how I got there. The bathtub had huge chips in the porcelain so when taking a shower, we had to put the towel down to step on the place was just dirty not anything like the Motel 6 I’ve ever stood.

2/10 Poor

The major issue here is the high volume of vagrants and hoodied people that come out once the sun goes down right outside the rooms drinking beer, playing loud music into the night and smoking weed. I am sorry to say It is simply not safe. I had to check out and found a more established safer hotel. Go to bear valley road or to mall area for a safer (yes more $$), hotel but it’s worth it. Specially if you are there to sleep.

My AC was broken. It was literally spitting out water whenever I went to front desk to complain they didn’t care while I was taking a shower. My water turned off completely and when I told the front desk they seem like they didn’t care.

The room looked like a previous flooded room the fake floor vinyl peeling of the floor, room smelled like smoke & mildew coming from the Air conditioning.. to tied & to far from to ask for another room ..what a miserable time . I left as soon as it was time.

I liked how big the room was, however, the air condition was very loud and there were roaches in the kitchen area. I was shocked especially for the price I paid. I would of went somewhere else if I the money, so I just kept the light on in the kitchen area. I picked this place because my first experience with them was great but that was a few months ago. I guess it changed.
