This is the second ザノットホテル I have stayed in Japan. Since staying at The Knot Sapporo last year, I decided to start collecting all The Knot Hotels in Japan. I love the concept of this brand: to tie travel, people and neighborhoods together. The Knot Utsunomiya let me discover Utsunomiya and Nikko which I was never thinking of going. The room is cozy and comfortable with elegant design. They provide free breakfast buffet which is nutritious and tasty. Thanks to the hospitality of The Knot Utsunomiya. お世話になりました。

客室は新しく、朝食も非常にクオリティが高い。 宿泊した部屋にはバスタブがなく、シャワーのみ。 一番の問題はサイトに記されている地図が全く異なっており、食事場所までタクシーで１４００円程度かかったこと。

自動チェックインでルームキーを受取り、早めに客室にも入れて、荷物を置いて行動でき、疲れたら部屋に戻れたのがありがたかったです。 開業からまもないのもありますが、清潔で、入口はカフェもありオシャレで、2階の受付に上がるとアロマの良い香りでとても良い雰囲気でした。部屋の設備アメニティも私にとっては完璧でした。また利用したいです。
