Great welcome and friendly introduction when we arrived. Room was very pleasant, clean and tidy. Breakfast was well organised with self-service for continental items, drinks, and/or full English. Attentive staff kept servings topped up and plates cleared from our table. The bar was relaxed for late night drinks, for us the Hotel was superb.

Great hotel with great service. Food excellent My only drawbacks were the room I had (115) was right next to the Lift motor room so , as the bed backed into the wall, it was very noisy at times! Also the shower only appeared to have like warm water even when turned on full heat

Our superior double room was super- huge comfortable bed, good bathroom with great quality towels. Dinner was delicious, good breakfast with friendly staff. Plenty of car parking spaces. Nice little swimming pool. Everything seemed immaculately clean. We would very happily stay here again.

Overall we had a nice stay. The facilities you'd want are all there, it just could do with a bit of updating. The area around the pool etc is a bit tired and our room was comfortable but there was dust on some of the walls(?!) and it could do with redecorating. But the bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet (apart from the people in the adjoining room!). The food was brilliant, the coffee sadly not so much. Staff were friendly and helpful but there weren't many of them around, particularly at breakfast.
