It was a fine hotel, about a 10 minute walk from tge main bustling area of town. The staff spoke mainly Japanese only, but were super helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was good rather tgan excellent, as was the hotel in general.

石垣島ならではの外観でとても広くて部屋もどこかで泊まったルートインより広いし綺麗でした！ ホテルの方の対応は人によって極端に対応が違うイメージです。大浴場も広くてよかったけど最終日の夜に排水がちゃんとできてないのか水が流れていかず溢れていたのが残念。。 後パーキングの空いている所が各地にポツポツとあり停めに行かないといけないのと夜は真っ暗で停めてよい場所が分かりづらいのが難点すぎでした！ 4泊5日でしたが毎日大変w もっと照らしておくなどわかりやすくしてほしかったです。ホテルの敷地内に停める事はほぼ無理でしたw早々と帰るか出かけない人は良いのかもしれませんが… チェックアウトは11:00なのは嬉しかったです。 タオル、部屋着も追加料金はかからないのは有り難かったです。外に持ちだし以外は無料で提供してくれました。 ドリンクもロビーにレモン水、さんぴん茶、コーヒー、アイスがありました。 提供時間をもっと長くしてほしかった！ 夜は22:00までなので大浴場のやっている2時までは置いておいてほしかったです。 後チェックアウトが11:00なら帰り飲んでチェックアウト待ちとかしたかったです。 友達夫婦が本館ではなく東館になってしまったので、、予約の時にわかりやすくしてほしかった。 東館は不便そうで夜帰宅も本館しか空いてないのでそっちを通って行かないと部屋に戻れないし、大浴場も本館まで来ないと入れないので大変そうでした。 東館には大浴場はないみたいです。 色々書いてしまいましたが総合的に星４です。 喫煙部屋もありますし又石垣島行く時は 泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。
