The location is what sells this place. We love the open air restaurant, bar, and pool area. It's the perfect place to unwind after a week's sail.

This is a great place to stay for just a night or two. It's very conveniently located and has every amenity (spa, market, two nice boutiques, transportation service, charters, etc.).
My husband and I stayed there for one night when we finished our boat charter. We ate lunch in the restaurant where the food was fine, but the service was not. Then, we spent the afternoon by the pool which is small but warm, fresh water.
Our room (#9) had a nice balcony overlooking the marina - lovely "golden hour" view. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, albeit a bit plain in decor. We were looking forward to a nice long shower (after 7 days on a boat) but were disappointed to find that the boat actually had faster hot water and better water pressure.
Overall, I would stay here again, for the same purpose, because it is so convenient: our captain dropped us off in the dinghy; we ate lunch on site; the front desk arranged taxi service to Brandywine Restaurant for dinner (highly recommend) and to the ferry terminal the next morning, after coffee and pastries at the French Market (highly recommend) across the street.
It's not particularly posh, but it gets the job done!

What a wonderful place to stay especiially before and after your sailing adventure.
The hotel receptionist at the front desk Sheran was amazing!
She greeted us with a huge smile and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.
She was especially helpful with local knowledge and gave amazing dinner recommendations!

We spent one night here prior to our yacht rental began and wished we hadn’t. The room was very basic and frankly nasty. Sugar ants everywhere, crappy towels, restaurant on the dock overpriced and very average as far as the food. At $355 per night we expected better.

Great location for the charter but staff definitely worked on island time. Check out is at 11 and charter starts at 12 - would have been so much more convenient if one or the other was shifted so the times coincided. Only one key to our room so no service - rooms have Keurigs and local stores didn’t stock K-cups and they wouldn’t give extra. Safe didn’t work. I’d stay again for one night because of location to charter - but would find another spot for a longer stay.

Old. Tired. Run down. Bed hard and lumpy. Curtains are not wide enough to completely cover slider door- so no privacy which especially matters in ground floor rooms. shower moldy and didn’t drain. Disgusting! Pool was really dirty-needed to be cleaned and skimmed. Most pool chairs were broken and there were no pool towels most of the afternoon. Pool bartender was very friendly - but front desk was not.

The bed was sunken in the middle. The patio chairs were very worn/ torn and cushions needed replacement. The shower water was warm but not hot both days . No one was at hotel check out at 7 am so we just dropped key off.
The restaurant Charlie’s was 3/4 full but no one was sitting at the bar. The bartender, although 2 feet from us, was working on other drinks but did not address that we were seated until we asked for service after 5 minutes. He was then unhappy that we asked for service and hold us he was busy and would get to us. Both my husband I have worked in service in duties, hotel/restaurants and would never treat a customer this way.
At dinner, at the restaurant by the pool, we ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. The salad arrived 7 minutes after the pizza. It seems like this could have been managed to be delivered together. The pizza was very bland and tasted similar to frozen pizza.
Basically the service was poor, the room was average and amenities standard. I wouldn’t prefer to return.
