A new establishment and isn’t even on Google Maps yet, good food, Courteous staff. It is the best location if you don’t mind walking to centre of the city which is about 2 kms. It suited us as we are avid walkers. Reasonably price for the season. When we could not go for breakfast because of the early bus tours, staff suggested and packed us breakfast. It’s near a stadium and 5 minutes walk to the Drumcondra train station. Loved it.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and, overall, had a good experience. The room was a little crowded, but it still felt personal and comfortable. The food was good, which added to the positive experience. Unfortunately, I did find hair in and on the toilet, which was disappointing, especially in a new hotel. I hope the housekeeping team can pay closer attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in the cleaning standards.

Had issues with noise from the bathroom on the first night and it went on for two consecutive nights after reporting it to reception. Then last night the air con starting going off very load again reported it but was leaving them and seemed to be just fobbed off every time. However the food, room, location is lovely. I’m just waiting to hear back from someone about the three nights no sleep.

Cannot fault. Clean, modern, brand new building. Staff were all excellent and very friendly. No one let the team down. Great breakfast with loads of choice.
