Great stay

Great stay at Club Belambra Aiguille Rouge. Second visit in 12 weeks as its in a great location. Food has been great on both visits and everything is clean and tidy and good value. Will definitely be visiting again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Hotel is at a brilliant location for ski in/out! The room was simple but functional- everything worked fine apart from the heating ( underfloor and not to regulate for us) which was too warm! There is a good skiroom with lockers! The breakfast and dinners were very good with plenty of choices for starters/ salad/ soup/ great choices for mains and cheese and wine ob tap! As the skipass was also included a really good value for money! The staff is also very nice and helpful! We will be back!

It was extremely hot in the bedrooms although outside temperatures were close to 0°... you had to keep the windows open all night or it was unbearable. but when opening the windows there was a lot of noise until late at night from the adjecent nightlife

Tout était d’un bon niveau, le petit déjeuné, la propreté, la taille du casier à ski, la qualité du personnel. Juste le repas du soir aurait pu être un peu plus élaboré 😉

Pas de réception à l’arrivée Pas de parking à l’hôtel (site mentionne un parking gratuit) Matelas super fin, lits nuls, sol salle de bain jaune aux endroit de passage) Bouffe: jamais vu ça… même avec le prix, on ne peut pas dire que le rapport qualité prix soit bon… Et le pire de tout: je joue du départ, quand en habits de ski avec le casque vous demandez où est la pièce bagage où on peut vous laisser les bagages, on ne vous prévient pas que les skis-pass ne fonctionnent plus le jour du départ… vous ne vous en apercevez que 400m plus bas, là où il n’y a pas de magasin où on peut acheter un ski pass… les pistes sont top

Bon rapport qualité prix. Nécessiterait un meilleur entretien, les baies vitrées sont toutes ternies, l’ensemble fait un peu vétuste les sols sont pas qualis. Tout cela est compensé par une bonne équipe d’animation/accueil. Et surtout une qualité des repas au dessus que ce que laissaient imaginer les commentaires lus sur les différents site. Tops desserts, super salade bar, plats régionaux de qualité petit déjeuner avec de délicieuses viennoiseries.

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable, ce qui est le point fort de l’hôtel. L’établissement est dans l’ensemble propre et entretenu mais vieillissant. Au niveau des chambres, la literie est dure et peu agréable. Il y a cependant beaucoup de rangements disponibles. Les sanitaires sont propres mais pour avoir de l’eau chaude à la douche, ce n’est pas toujours aisé. La nourriture n’est pas toujours bonne et n’est pas variée - surtout au petit déjeuner. Pour exemple, les œufs sur le plat sont faits à la chaîne puis laissés là sous une « lampe chauffante », idem pour les viandes le soir, ce qui ne permet pas à la nourriture de rester bonne longtemps. La baguette est quant à elle de qualité « baguette précuite delifrance », dommage pour la France… Le côté positif : le salade bar est bien fourni et bon. Juste dommage de voir toute cette nourriture jetée par sachet poubelle entier en fin de service. L’hôtel n’est pas aidé par la clientèle qui n’est pas toujours respectueuse non plus - énormes assiettes servies qu’on laisse remplies sur la table en partant, mélange de toutes les cuillères de service ou des plats, personnes qui touchent au plat sans finalement se servir… Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour était bien au vu du prix payé grâce à des réductions - surtout avec le ski pass compris! - mais le prix plein demandé ne vaut pas la qualité de service proposé.

Petit séjour

Très bon établissement, pour un WE. Le personnel est serviable, à l'écoute efficace. Il y a du monde 24/24h. Ils nous ont préparé une jolie petite affiche pour l'anniversaire de notre fils, qu'ils ont déposé dans la chambre. Jolie surprise por lui. Le responsable de nuit nous a acheminé les draps manquants, lors de notre arrivée à 23h30. Le lieu est parfait pour un départ skis aux pieds, le local à skis est au top, spacieux, avec des "chauffe chaussures". L'animation a l'air sympathique( nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours). Petit bémol sur la chambre, un peu vieillissante, et vraiment petite pour 3!

Séjour convenable. Personnel très aimable mais restauration décevante par manque de diversité (beaucoup de steak hachés, pâtes, petit pois et tartiflette !!). il y a eu des années où il y avait des thèmes et c'était très sympa et... bon. Cela faisait plaisir de venir au restaurant et de découvrir autre chose que ce que l'on mange à la maison. Sinon l'animation s'est avérée assez mollassonne après une première soirée qui laissait promettre une semaine plus festive. ex: la soirée jeu a consisté à trouver des jeux de société (Uno, monopoly...) posés sur les tables et... voilà ! L'équipe est sympathique, elle peut mieux faire ...

Une réservation de dernière minute qui nous a permis de nous rendre à la neige. Les bémols sont: les buffets en période de covid ( très peu de précaution), la qualité des repas était très moyenne à l'exception du réveillon de l'an, le parking en dehors du site, le ménage jamais réalisé dans les chambres même quand il est demandé. En revanche, l'emplacement du site est top et bravo pour la soirée du réveillon .

Family-Friendly Ski Vacation with the French

Belambra is a club, meaning it includes breakfast, dinner, and entertainment. Lunch can be purchased at an extra cost. As far as I could tell, everyone else staying there was French, so this was a great way to be immersed in French culture. All the entertainment was in French so it was difficult to understand. But I felt very welcome. The buffet dinners were very good. Not gourmet, but they had a great selection of salads, entrees (beef, duck, pork, and always fish). And the desserts were great. The automated coffee machine in the morning was OK at best. Overall this was a great experience. It's a great value if you want to stay with the French and not worry about cooking or where to eat every night.

une anomalie est à signaler, la réservation par Hôtel.com de cet hôtel inclue le parking gratuit alors qu'il n'y a pas de parking dans cet hôtel, il s'agit en fait du parking gratuit de la station à 1600 m, de même le personnel était très surpris que ma réservation par Hôtel.com inclue également le wifi gratuit chose inhabituelle ... mais j'ai obtenu la gratuité ...

Hotel très agréable, très bien placé. Beaucoup d'activité pour toute la famille Seul point négatif : la température de la chambre. Il faisait trop chaud alors qu'on était en plein hiver
