Our villa was great spacious clean comfortable Missing was coffee, dish detergent and sponge All restaurants were closed due to reinvention no tiki bar no activity help Front desk was great everything was out of there hands. We paid full price for more than half of the perks. I understand there for sale, I suggest lower your price till ALL AMENITIES are in place.

This property is still under construction, renovation from a hurricane. The website doesn’t disclose the property’s actually which is there is only one building open. The restaurant is not open. The pool is open, but not the hot tub and you are surrounded by construction…although the property has potential to be amazing but as of now, in this condition. It is not up to par so to speak. I know they’re trying to recoup some money by booking rooms in the only building that’s open but it created for an awkward stay. And the price is a little expensive for the condition of this resort, if you wanna call it, a resort . Olivia was great at the front desk, but the man that took over the next day wasn’t friendly at all barely even said hello or gave any eye contact at all , the young man that was cleaning the building that was open was friendly and so were the room attendants. He actually stayed there because of the golf course being across the street however the course is not in great shape either because of all the rain, but it was better than not golfing at all.

We checked in super late and the staff called to make sure we were still coming and ensured we had a smooth check in. The resort was beautiful and clean. The continental breakfast had a lot of options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much time to explore the property but the parts we did see were absolutely stunning and if we are ever in the area again we will be staying here.
