Cromwell Arms
"We loved the location as it was less than 10 mins from Colson Park wedding venue we were attending. The staff at the Cromwell Arns were very acommadating but unfortunatly my husband banged his head on corner of the tv as he squessed past it as the bed took up too much room for ease .There was a lot of dust on skirting boards a fluffy duster would sort! Apart from that everything was clean and to a good standard. Breakfast was lovely well presented , thankyou to you all we would stay again if in area. Special thankyou to the young waitress in the morning nothing was too much trouble. And the cleaners our room was refillled with coffee milk sugars clean towels , shower etc cleaned. Only small thing fluffy dust skirtings.👍🙃🥰❤️"
Passage House Hotel
"Exceptional Stay with Fantastic Staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Passage House Hotel Holiday Apartments, and it exceeded all expectations! Location: Situated in a great location, it provided the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area while offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Accommodations: The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home after a busy day out. Service: What truly sets this place apart is the team. The staff were fantastic and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond with a welcoming smile to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway! "A wonderful, clean, and comfortable retreat with hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home.""
Bovey Castle
"A completely 5-star experience. Every member of staff was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Valet parking as standard, slick and efficient reception, immaculate room which was serviced at least twice per day, beautiful pool, steam room and sauna. The grounds were immaculate and a joy to explore. Both restaurants served top class meals. Total luxury from end to end. That all comes with a sizeable price tag, and service charge on everything, but the experience is worth every penny. We personally recommend booking early for the restaurants and Spa treatments, you can do this way in advance of your visit. We treated ourselves to a massage at the Elan Spa and it was professional and very relaxing. Highly recommend."
The Dartmoor Lodge
"A new hotel with very friendly staff who brought a dog bowl to the dog friendly room. A bit of confusion between Hotel app and the hotel itself as to what had been booked and paid for, despite booking 2 adults, a 16 yo and a dog and replying the their email giving all the details again for 3 adults and a dog, and again at check out I was asked again who was in the room! Didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. Very nicely kitted out room, a massive bed with an amazing mattress and bedding. Would stay again!"
The Moorland Hotel, Haytor, Devon
"Lovely hotel in a wonderful setting. Staff were friendly and accommodating."

Mill End Hotel
"Staff were excellent. Room was comfortable but bed was not, however Housekeeping put a mattress topper on the mattress which greatly improved the comfort element, but polyester filled pillows were not great. Overall would rate the hotel 7/10."
Three Crowns
"The room was fairly small but both the room and the shower room were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely excellent."
Anrán at Tidwell Farm
"Lovely location in super grounds. Warm welcome and excellent accommodation"
