It is a beautiful hotel with the perfect location. It’s right near the bridge and in front of the market. And behind you is the mains streets leading to vatsi utsa. The hotel is clean and smells great. And the staff are very friendly.

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. We booked a junior suite with breakfast. Our room (110) was situated on a corner with windows overlooking the Central Market Hall on one side and views over the square to Liberty Bridge from the other. The decor is beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and well appointed. My only negative about the room is there are no drawers, cupboards etc, so when you unpack everything is on display. It’s just a personal preference for me as I like the room to look tidy. Breakfast is on level -1 and there is lots of choice of continental options and a few hot dishes, the scrambled eggs were especially good. The room was never very busy when we ate, usually around 9am. We felt the hotel was in an excellent location with a number of restaurants in very short walking distance. We had a late flight home and the hotel was able to store our luggage until late afternoon for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are absolute perfection-brand new! Staff is very pleasant and is in a nice location. Stored our luggage for us for a late flight on checkout day. They do serve breakfast, however we did not eat there since up and out very early.

The location is great, it is located in a well-known street. However, we had an awful experience at this hotel. After our check-in, we realised that the room floor wasn't cleaned well and there were some missing towels. Therefore, we requested reception to have it cleaned. Then, a lady (housekeeping manager) came and checked the room and accused us of putting our hair on the floor and making it dirty. Her whole body language and the way how she talked to us was extremely rude and unacceptable. We simply asked to clean the room floor but got shocked by how she put the blame on us and scolded us instead of saying sorry. The room floor was already dirty before our use. She also acted in a way as if we hid the towels when we asked a towel for the third person. Also, we couldn't eat breakfast well. The responsible man in the breakfast hall was touching and adding the new food with his bare hand. The hall was very small with no windows. At the entrance, construction was still going on. It is a new hotel; however, we have observed that they have management issues. They don't seem professional. At a 4 star hotel, you shouldn't experience such inappropriate things.
