Hotel is a short distance from Bergamo Airport. If you are a fan of puzzles, this is your hotel! Check in is via a security key box. To access this you are sent a link that gives you photographic step by step instructions on how to access the grounds of the complex/obtain your key/ and finally locate your room. We booked a comfort quadruple room which had a private bathroom. On arrival, the first set of gates which accessed the grounds was open (therefore didn't have to use the access code - not secure at all). We located the key boxes and obtained our keys. There were 2 keys (bedroom + bathroom which although was private was across the hall. Unfortunately, the key to the bathroom didn't work. We had arrived in the very early hours of the morning and were left with no access to a bathroom. Having tried to contact the property management by Whatsapp (their method of contact) no one responded. By 6am we were becoming desperate and in need of using the bathroom facilities. I therefore rang the management number only to be responded to passively aggressively by the them. We were informed we could use the shared bathroom further down the corridor (approx 6 others had use of this room). Clearly this is not what we had paid for. The management didn't appear to be bothered that we were unable to access our private bathroom. We were only here for 2 nights thankfully. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
