good: 1. very convenient location. It's close to everything. 2. The WhatsApp group of the residents were very helpful and useful. bad: 1. kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. There were half-eaten foods and food crumbs in the kitchen. 2. there were no electricity socket near the desk, and the desk area was relatively darker than other places. 3. the shower was weak, and the temperature was fluctuating every few seconds. 4. the bed was not comfortable. 5. the free wifi was not secure, and was broken for more than 24 hours.
