We booked this hotel after our air-conditioning broke late at night. We arrived in the night desk agent was super helpful and energetic which helped alleviate some stress. The room was super clean with a comfy bed, great layout and strong AC.

Stayed here with my son during travel baseball tournament. 6 min drive to Surprise Stadium and surrounding practice fields. Laundry facility on site was extremely helpful with dirty uniforms. Ice and water also convenient. No free breakfast but coffee machine in lobby was nice. Full kitchen and Trader Joe’s almost next door. Tons of other dining options nearby with Bonfire Grill highly recommended. Would stay here again for baseball tournament or Rangers/Royals spring training games.

This hotel was a-mazing! The property was super clean, well maintained and very quiet. The beds were very comfy. I enjoyed my stay here. The gentleman who was at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The only downside was they had many washers / dryers broken, but it didn’t impact me at all. I was able to get my laundry done with great ease. If you are in the area, definitely stay here!

The kiosk check in process was super easy since we arrived late. We had no issues accessing our room. The room was new, modern, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy! The only “issue” was the floor was not swept very well and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would stay again!

Well. Our AC went out. It was summer in AZ. 92 degrees in the house. Had to take my bride and our puppy to the LivAway Suites. What a fabulous decision. We were planning on staying a couple of nights at the most. Well, it ended up being about a month!! This is an extended stay hotel. There is no daily cleaning service. It’s new. It’s clean. There is a small kitchen. This is not your typical hotel. So if you want daily room cleaning, and a pool, and room service, this is not for you. However, if you want a comfortable, clean, reasonably priced room with a very friendly staff, then this is 100% for you. Everyone was fantastic! From Stormie, Colton, and David at the front desk, to the GM, Alex, they were all great. Extremely friendly, very helpful and polite. The main maintenance guy, Felix, was also top notch. We ran into Alexis a few times, as well as some of the cleaning staff,(I feel terrible for not remembering your names), but they were all wonderful. I can’t thank everyone there enough. So kind. Thank you for taking care of us for 30 days!! The only thing I will say, and it’s not negative. There were some entitled people there that thought it was acceptable to just leave their trash outside their doors. If you read this, and that was you, DO BETTER!!! Take your trash to the dumpster!! The kind people that work there are not your servants!! If you want daily room cleaning, book a different place!! Thank you again to the staff at LiveAway Surpise!! We will see you again!

This a very clean hotel and new, but it is bare bones as far as amenities. While it has a full refrigerator, microwave and cooktop there are no cooking utensils, cookware, coffee pot or toaster. There is not even a hair dryer in the bathroom.

This place is very new, so natually it avoids things that you might encounter at properties that have been around for 20 years. The staff was great and very helpful. I appreciated certain details of the room, like the dimmable lights. My two quibbles were, 1) my bath towel was super linty, ironically I think it was so new that maybe it hadn't even been washed yet but it left fuzz all over me, and 2) the workout room temperature was a little warm. Admittedly I never got around to asking for help for either so that's on me and I don't hold either against the property. Just something for them and other guests to be aware of. Overall I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. I love this hotel. I’ve been here twice within the last few weeks due to a broke AC Unit and each time they take me and my dogs and accommodate us. The only thing I wish they had is a little grass area for dogs since they’re pet friendly. But they are still amazing, great service, hotel room is very nice. We love it
