Staff was great, room was very updated and had a lot of amenities (refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.), and was in a good central location. Only thing I noticed was there wasn’t any extra toilet paper for restroom (roll was already almost gone at check in), hand soap in restroom was empty, and the elevator was pretty slow. Otherwise, great stay! Appreciated the vending machine in the lobby as well as the 24/7 front desk staff.

Overall, I would stay here again. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great views of the city too. It was a convenient location if you plan to spend time near venues/bars on Spring Garden (under 10 minute walk). The hotel seemed under staffed- I called twice for extra toiletries and they told me to come downstairs and get it.

I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise.

Apartment was spacious and the location is super convenient yet quiet. The roof was nice too. There were some things that could be better: for example the shower had the holders for soap and shampoo but no shampoo and no soap. It was also taped to the shower wall. Parking is not the most convenient: in the nearest vicinity mostly 1-3 hour street parking through the evening or you pay for a lot. That said, the kitchen was well equipped and we were very comfortable overall. We would definitely stay here next time we are in town.

The room aesthetic was very nice. Felt like your own loft apartment for less than a hotel room. When we got to our room there were not any washcloths, hand towels and shampoo was empty and hand soap ran out the next day. Told the staff the next morning and they apparently wrote it down but no one ever came to our room for housekeeping. That night we told the front desk again and they only brought us hand wash and toilet paper but no washcloths or hand towels. Also the sink was clogged in the bathroom and there was hair in the shower when we arrived. Overall the room was clean but some areas you can tell were skipped over or missed. Definitely never gets a deep cleaning. During the night the walls are very thin so if it was fully booked it would probably be quite loud.

A really interesting and fun place. It felt like I was in a loft in Soho. Everything was clean. The bathrooms had fantastic fixtures and the hand soap was sublime. The refrigerator in the kitchen even had an ice maker! Really great experience!
Looking into the downstairs bedroom, don’t mind the mess. It’s all ours.

I stayed here in May 2026. The location is nice and I thought the staff were generally nice. Although they double charged me, then refunded get I complained, and refused to pay the difference I lost due the conversion. Other negative aspects include the thin walls and the noise during the evening due to the poorly insulated windows.
