I am still waiting for my refund after booking this hotel through Hotels.com. When I arrived, the property was clearly not ready for guests. The room had no curtains, holes in the walls, and the bed and floor were dirty. The outside of the building was also unclean, and there was no proper office area.
The owner and a young staff member tried to accommodate me with another room, but it was not safe or acceptable to stay in, so I had to leave and find another hotel.
This location should not have been accepting reservations because it was not open or prepared for guests. I am still waiting for my refund and hope this issue is resolved soon.
