The hotel is hard to find, because in the front there is another name, in very little letters you can read the Boylston CH Hotel, parking is difficult unless you pay, but is very well center if you want to use public transportation. What is was more uncomfortable for us was to have the shower in the middle of the room, with very little privacy. It was a very small room, we can call it minimalist. On an excellent note, great bed and super clean.

Sleepless in Seattle
Very noisy experience. Even if the hotel displays quiet hours 10pm-8am, this does not apply in practice. The ubiquitous ear plugs provided clearly indicate that something is off here.
Indeed, there were loud noises (including from the reception area) until close to midnight, and when I finally was asleep, I was woken up three times by unsettling noise during the night. Worst of all - one time was when someone entered my room around 1.20am, which was apparently possible with the door code. It likely was a mistake and the person apologized, but such a thing should never happen (it had never happened to me in any hotel before), both for the sake of quiet and for reasons of personal safety.

Arrived around 1:00 a.m. after a long travel day expecting a straightforward self check-in. Instead, the property assigned me five different rooms, none of which were usable.
The first four rooms had unmade beds, piles of dirty laundry, and unclean bathrooms, clearly showing they had not been serviced or prepared for guests.
The fifth room I was directed to was already occupied by another guest, which was alarming for both of us and represents a serious breach of guest safety and privacy.
After contacting support again, I was told no clean rooms were available, despite my confirmed reservation.
At approximately 2:00 a.m. I was left without accommodation and had to drive between multiple hotels in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere to stay.
This was not a minor inconvenience — the property was unable to provide a clean or safe room despite a confirmed booking, and the situation escalated into a significant disruption and safety concern.
I would strongly advise confirming that this property is actually able to accommodate guests before booking.

This is an old Sonder property, so you’ll find all the perks and quirks that come with it including Harney and Sons teas, comfortable bed and filtered water. The units are compact, and there’s no dedicated workspace. Though, there was a private office for use. Plus, it’s a walk-up. The location is in the heart of Capitol Hill.
