If you’re looking for a decent place to stay near Milano Centrale for a night or two, this place qualifies. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and well designed, and the WiFi worked fine. But there were no English channels on the TV and there were long black hairs on my bedside table and on the toilet seat. I could not find any way to keep the do not disturb light on when I left the room so I told the front desk I did not want cleaning. But when I returned that evening, my room had been cleaned. This is a serious privacy issue, IMO. Perhaps the worst issue was the thin walls. They were so thin that I could hear every moan and gasp of the people making love in the next room. How this hotel ever got so many 10 ratings is a mystery to me. Clearly, it is no Taj Mahal.
