Great location, was really impressed with the large room and giant bed. Staff was lovely and it’s clearly a very dog friendly hotel; they offered dog bed and bowls. Had to reserve a parking spot via email ahead as they haven’t got loads, but reasonably easy to do and worked out. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is in the most perfect location, right in the middle of Bristol City Centre with wonderful views over the harbour and city. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable and everything sparkling clean. The rooms are quiet, with no outside street noise. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is ideally placed for access to the centre of Bristol, with secure parking underground. It is my go too hotel when visiting Bristol on business. The staff are very professional , friendly and helpful. The hotel is going through a transition from old brand to new, some rooms yet to be updated to new colours and branding, all rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is great spread from healthy through to cooked, and request taken for vegetarian or fried eggs.
