O local é muito bem localizado e limpo, porém, ao menos acomodação 320 tem algumas limitações importantes: 1) não há onde abrir a mala, a não ser no andar superior; restam a mesa de jantar ou a bancada da cozinha; 2) não há cabides, armários nem gavetas; há copa, mas quase não há utensílios — por exemplo, apenas dois copos americanos e não há saca-rolhas; 3) não há secador de cabelos; 4) a cortina (rolo) estava com defeito e não abria; 5) ar-condicionado há apenas no andar superior; 6) o mais grave, a meu ver: a escada, muitíssimo estreita, não tem guarda-corpo nem corrimão do lado que não é o da parede… considero grande o risco de queda. Como o atendimento e a limpeza foram muito bons, certamente eu voltaria, mas para acomodação mais completa e segura.

O primeiro quarto em que fiquei tinha um mezanino onde ficava a cama, tive medo de morrer de queda na escada, era muito estreita, não tinha parapeito… realmente tive medo de cair e morrer Pedi pra trocar de quarto e a equipe foi muito solicita, entendeu meu ponto, e me mudou pra um quarto sem mezanino. O quarto era bem pequeno, ar condicionado só frio (mas já entendi que isso é cultural de São Paulo), o maior problema era que não tinha nem uma mesinha e faltavam comodidades básicas. Pontos que podem melhorar, falo isso como proprietária de Airbnb e são pontos que meus clientes elogiam muito: ter uma cafeteira ou uma chaleira, ter um mini cook top daqueles de 1 ou 2 bocas (aqueles que parecem um fogareiro, precisa nem ser vitroceramico, custa em torno de 100 reais), ter uma panelinha e uma assadeira, ter 2 xícaras ou canecas. Ter detergente no dispenser. Devido a essas faltas de comodidade, acabei saindo no segundo dia da hospedagem e fui para outro lugar. A localização é boa, o checkin é fácil e cômodo, a equipe é muito prestativa, mas dá para melhorar bastante a experiência do cliente.
