The Oceanaire is one of my favorite resorts to stay at. We have been coming to this resort every year for over 6 years and our experience had always been great. The parking is good. The resort is clean, staff are professional, kind and willing to assist in in any manner. The check in was speedy and the studio room we selected up to our standards (neat & very clean).

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and the room itself was very impressive. We did have a couple of issues with the room but the ones that could be fixed were done so quickly. We loved the room so much that we wanted to stay an extra night. Had the room been available, we would have. They have great pool options for kids and adults. I like that they have a separate pool area for people 21+. I will be staying here again and I have already recommended it to friends.

The room was pretty clean. Staff was OK. We arrive after checkout time in the room was not ready yet. This was not a big deal, however, the staff made it seem as though the room would be ready in just a few minutes. We waited for over an hour with no communication. Only one elevator was operational out of two. This caused a lot of delays getting to and from your room.

Combined rooms request ignored, kids 5 floors below (call ahead to confirm !!!) . Room had wet towels, dirty tub, dirty toilet seat. Manager was helpful and accommodated us. However day of check out staff entered our room unannounced ( before checkout time) then came back knocking rushing us out 3 times. Hotel is run down, poorly managed. Parking is blocks away! Loads of potential. Good location, several pools (though not clean), and ocean views.

Views from balcony were good. Room was a nice size and looked clean at first sight. The floors were not as clean. they only had 1 elevator working and our last day both were inoperable. There was a terrible smell on our floor last day. WI-FI was hit or miss. Concierge didn’t know much because they were there to sign you up for a timeshare. Overall, the location to beach was great.

Overall nice experience. We stayed in the queen suit ocean front. Some basic maintenance needs to be done.the kitchen cabinets looked bubbled and ready to peal. The seal around the shower was gross and not all the way attached. The room itself was clean, furniture was comfortable. The air conditioner makes akot of noise. The staff very nice and helpful. My only complaint was we had traveled all day and when we arrived we went to our room had something to eat and laid down at around 8:30 pm the phone rang. The front desk wanted to make sure everything was acceptable and then tried to get us to agree to listen to their sales pitch for their timeshare. I was very annoyed because I was very tired. Other than that we had a great day.
