Good hotel, beautiful setting (the town is something out of a fairytale) and the cleanliness is good to excellent, with nice restocking of water/coffee/snacks each day which is appreciated. The cons were the bar area which was small and crowded (not sure why you would have it set in the lobby instead of the downstairs "cave") and the same poor guy working the front desk had to run over to make drinks, which caused service to be super slow and not so great. The spa was also very small and more of just a room inside the lobby, which again was just an odd use of space. The potential of having an outside bar or a full bar in the cave would be amazing! But unfortunately they don't agree. The second con was the restaurant; its pretty expensive and is just so so (maybe 3/5 stars) for dinner, and the breakfast being $18 per person is pretty steep for cheese, bread and cereal. You have to boil your own eggs and the hot area of cooked meats was always basically empty and barely warm. Our last day there, there was only one buy working all of the breakfast so everything was out, he was super stressed, the coffee machine ran out of milk, we waited 20 minutes for bread, no croissants etc. Overall the hotel was nice and we would stay again due to the location (nice quiet town), the cleanliness, daily cleaning, comfort of the bed (although the room we paid for looked a bit sparse compared to the photos), and most of the employees which were very kind. Room for improvement on the food/service
