O atendimento do pessoal da recepção foi excelente, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Porém, a cama deixou bastante a desejar: fazia muito barulho ao se virar, além de ser desconfortável. Acabei acordando cansado todos os dias. O ponto positivo é que o café da manhã estava bom, bem servido e com boas opções.

Bem abaixo do padrão ibis

Ficamos por uma diária, na ocasião as chaves eletrônicas do quarto não funcionavam, só abriam com a chave mestra da recepção. Não foi nos oferecido troca de quarto, tendo que novamente incomodar a equipe da recepção quando voltamos de um evento de madrugada. O hotel é antigo, o banheiro cheira mofo e o quarto não passa sensação de limpeza. Apesar de funcionários cordiais em geral o serviço deixa a desejar. Estacionamento pago no local 23 reais a diária com manobrista. Não posso avaliar o café da manhã pois não utilizei. Em geral ruim, não voltaria.

Eu não gostei do hotel. De modo geral, não era muito diferente das fotos, mas era pior ao vivo, porque tudo era muito usado ou muito velho. O banheiro do quarto que fiquei era um show de horror. O espelho todo descascando nas bordas, e não acendia a luz embutida nele. A cama era o elemento central pra fazer o quarto parecer um cativeiro. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Apesar disso, o staff era educado e o serviço pode ser avaliado como ok. Café da manhã honesto. Vale o valor cobrado.

Fiquei de sábado em Taubaté. Recepção, manobrista e toda equipe são muito solicitos. Não consumi nada no hotel por isso não tenho como avaliar. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado. Volteria certamente.

Tive uma estadia de 17 dias na qual não teria acontecido se não fosse o Ismael (guest relations). No minuto em que mencionei que eu e minha mãe não estávamos contentes com as acomodações ele compreendeu perfeitamente e fez tudo o que estava ao seu alcance pra nos satisfazer. Excelente profissional que desempenha o trabalho com muita dedicação! O hotel oferece um café da manhã e jantar delicioso e variado. Funcionários agradáveis e dedicados. O hotel precisa de uma reforma e enxoval novo para combinar com o excelente trabalho que os funcionários desempenham!
