Spacious high quality accommodation in the 6 person suite overlooking the pool and sun deck. Large patio with modern fully opening sliding doors. Walkable to supermarket, restaurant and Canal du Midi. Very elegant grounds and appreciated the pool was still open due to the high temperatures mid September.

Glamorous chateau, with very friendly staff
Stunning hotel, very glamorous. Our studio room was enormous, beautifully clean and superbly comfortable. Accessories provided for the kitchen were brilliant. We enjoyed our own terrace and had drinks with our lovely neighbours. The pool was gorgeous, clean and inviting. A handful of local restaurants, with delicious food on offer, some walkable, some a short drive away and a well stocked supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel, provided everything required. Sandrine was supremely helpful and a wonderful asset during our stay. She organised a meditation session and wine tasting with a local winemaker. We loved it and will certainly return.

A gem of a find
Travelling through France & stayed here for a night. A wonderful place to stay, we had a little villa all to ourselves. Spotlessly clean, comfortable & issues with a lock quickly remedied. Local restaurants were closed on Monday but an Intermarché nearby ensured we had everything needed to cook a meal. If you can’t find the cutlery, check the not very obvious drawers in the kitchen table! We didn’t avail of the outside pool but the kids next door certainly did & enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this little gem 😊

Vraiment dommage
Première fois en 20 ans que je suis obligé de faire ma chambre dans un 4 étoiles! Retour à l'hôtel en samedi après midi. Je contact la réception pour demander si il y a un service d'étage?? oui, mais manque de personnel et priorité aux mini villas pour les changements de locataires...ma chambre ne sera donc pas faites! Je demande de nouvelles serviettes qui me seront amenées rapidement avec un "désolé" de la réceptionniste. Et je m'occupe moi même du lit et de la salle de bain...comme à la maison. Après une nuit évidemment rien n'est vraiment sale. Cependant la cabine de douche est grande ouverte sur la SDB ce qui provoque inévitablement une inondation même en faisant très attention. Or c'est un château rénové avec des tomettes au sol qui sont déjà soulevées par des infiltrations d'eau récurrentes. Il faut donc utiliser le tapis et les serviettes pour éponger... Après 2 nuits passées sur place, pas un mot d'excuse à l'accueil au moment de rendre la clé. Petit-déjeuner défini comme continental mais pas de bacon ni d'oeufs brouillés. Il y avait les mini viennoiseries délicieuse pour rattraper le coup. Au final un établissement somptueux dans un château du 18e siècle. Une bâtisse grandiose qui vaut le détour. Une chambre très spacieuse. Piscine à disposition + spa. Facilité pour se garer avec une grande esplanade. Très calme au coeur du village de la Redorte. Mais manifestement des problèmes de personnel et de professionnalisme.
