We really enjoyed our stay here the staff is very friendly, great place clean overall 10/10.

We had issues at check-in where staff were abrupt to the point of being rude, and extremely unhelpful. I had to literally drag all our luggage up a ramp into the building whilst carrying my daughter. The room was dusty and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the floor which seeped into the room. I raised some of these issues with the manager Khedir who was actually very nice and helpful. He sent a fruit platter to apologise, which we appreciated. However, that very same day we came back to a room where they had not left a single towel. On checkout again, I was offered no help with moving my luggage down onto the street to be loaded into a taxi. The location of this hotel is however excellent. That tram stop is literally across the road, or you could take a leisurely stroll down to the old city.

Otel gayet hoş bir karşılamayla bizi karşıladı.Konaklama esnasında hiç bir sorun yaşamadık.Hijyen ve hizmetten ayrıca memnun kaldık.Özellikle katta temizlikten sorumlu Serap hanım çok tatlı ve güleryüzlü bir insan her türlü talebimizle ilgilendi ve bizim taleplerimizi hiç yormadan karşıladı.Ayrıca araçla konakladığımız için güvenlik arkadaşların araç vale hizmeti verirken saygısı,tutumu herşeyi çok hoşumuza gitti.Her şey bir yana bu güleryüzlü tutum ve tavır için herkese önerip tekrar geldiğimizde sizi tercih edeceğiz. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.Umarım hep aynı kalırsınız:)
