Check-in was frustrating. Our lesson learned - check in and setup the digital keys before you arrive. We were a group with 3 rooms and it was not clear how to encode the key when using the kiosk as there were 3 places a keycard could be placed. Once we realized which one it probably was, it was not working. The kiosk was throwing an error that said to contact staff but provided no means of how to do so. We did not have any cell phone or wi-fi service in Sevelen so we were not getting the emails about checking in successfully or instructions about the digital key. We eventually drove 10 minutes to get cell service, checked in online and then were able to use the digital keys. Everything else with the stay was good once we figured out how to access our rooms.
