The main building and public areas are lovely. The buffet restaurant is huge with ample choices. The beach is isolated and requires a long walk down and later back up a steep hill. Rooms across the street are inconvenient and parking is limited.

Very nice family resort with a beautiful beach. Rooms were the largest we’ve had in Greece and very clean. Good amenities and food catering to a largely British and German crowd. First disappointment was the lack of real Greek food, music and entertainment (guess they’re catering to the tourist base?). First time we’d experienced this anywhere in Greece not taking pride in their own culinary and cultural traditions. Staff was very friendly, but the check in process was slow. If you’re looking my for a laid back stay this is a good place for it (as long as you don’t want authentic Greek). A solid 4 star.

we arrived at the hotel after 15. One room was not ready. we had to wait a few hours before we got the last room. check in took a very long time, the lady at the front desk answered other phones while we Where waiting. we were given rooms in blocks outside the reception itself. you have to walk for about 3-4 min before you get to the room. we also got rooms in different places. the drinks here are watered out with water. it tasted nothing. You also have to pay for the alcohol if you want a proper drink. You can buy soda that actually tastes at their store, while the one they provide tastes like water. This is no all inclusive hotel when you have to pay for drinks. We told them about this and they did not agree. We said there were several who wrote reviews on this and they asked us to show it. When we showed a review from 2019, they played like nothing. They made excuses all the time but there were never any better drinks. They dont wash / clean the stairs on the way up to the room. I said that it is the same rubbish / dirt there since we arrived. Lina who is the manager said it is because wind. I said it probably does not come in the same place. The next day it disappeared and since then I have not seen it. They still do not clean the stairs. Ants enter the room if you get a room on the 1st floor. We even saw ants in bed. this is due to poor cleaning. The food is lukewarm. We got sick after the food we ate at Taverna. At the Green and grill resturant the men w

Typiskt charterhotell med aktiviteter som yoga och musik. Allinclusive och där av medioker mat och utspädd dricka. Utbudet är det inget fel på, däremot smakerna som saknas. Stranden är nog en av de sämre i området, åk 3 mil längre bort och skillnaden är enorm på både vattnet och stranden.

Unser erstes und letztes Mal in einem All Inklusive Hotel. Das Resort und unser Hotelzimmer war schön und sauber das wurde gepflegt und gereinigt. Leider war die Qualität des Essens nicht besonders gut und schmeckte eher fad und nach Kantinenessen. Es war auch eher für die Englischen Gäste ausgerichtet und weniger griechisch, was wirklich sehr schade war. Zudem wurden wir beim Empfang sporadisch über alle wichtigen Themen und Aktivitäten im Resort informiert und aufgeklärt, diese musste über eine App abgerufen werden und auch dort wurde nicht informiert welche Zeiten beim indoorpool für Kinder gelten. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich. Nach dieser Erfahrung werden wir All inclusive nicht mehr buchen so sind wir viel freier und flexibler und können die lokalen Restaurants besuchen. Ausserhalb vom Resort ist nicht viel los und daher ein Mietwagen von Vorteil um Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch Thessaloniki zu besuchen.

Flott opphold på 5 stjerners hotell

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold - flotte basseng og god service fra 10-18 september. Flott med all inclusive, fint rom og fin terrasse. Og fantastiske show på kveldene- musical-showet og Disney-showet toppet det hele. Dette ble den avslappende ferien vi hadde drømt om.

אחלה מלון, שרות נהדר והמון אפשרויות למבוגרים וילדים, הצטערנו שהמלון לא נתן מדריך פעילויות מסודר עם הגעתנו ולא הנחה אותנו לאיזו אפליקציה להכנס כדי שנדע, לכן היו מספר אירועי ילדים שהחמצנו. צוות העובדים פשוט מקסימים והאוכל במסעדות מאוד מגוון ומכובד. הינו שמחים אם הבריכות היו פתוחות עד 20 לפחות. הן נסגרות ב18.

Vi var där 5 nätter och är väldigt nöjda generellt med hela vistelsen. Vi blev uppgraderade av hotellet till junior suite så vi blev glad överraskad!. Vi tyckte det var god mat med väldigt mycket goda efterrätter speciellt om man gillar med chokladsmak! Deras drinkar också var mycket goda och dem snålade inte på ” spriten”, man fick starkare om man ville ha det också! Vi hade tur med väder och hade mycket sol dagtid. Oktober är ju riskabelt annars vädermässigt. Vi kan absolut tänka oss åka tillbaka men då kanske maj el september då vi gillar lite mer värme!

Helt okej men lever inte upp till 5-stjärnor

För att vara femstjärnigt hotell så tycker jag inte att servicen höll den nivån. Hotellpersonalen hänvisade hela tiden till sin app för alla typer av frågor men sen var infon i appen inte uppdaterad så det stämde ändå inte. Blev även lite besviken över att jag knappt ställa frågan innan man hänvisade till appen. Sen var poolerna inte uppvärmda vilket var ett stort minus eftersom det var rätt kallt och vidare kunde man inte få någon tid på gymmet då alla tider var uppbokade redan vår första dag på hotellet. Jag hade i mina samtal med hotellet innan ankomst blivit informerad om att man bokar allt sådant på plats. Städningen var okej, inte enligt femstjärnig nivå. Det som var mycket bra var maten. För att göra mat för så pass många personer var maten fantastisk! Vidare var barnaktiviteterna bra att ch mycket uppskattade av vår dotter.

Très bel hôtel, 2/3 animateurs français, les chambres sont spacieuses et très jolies, nettoyages tous les matins, les petits bémols sont qu’à partir de 18h les piscines ferment, pas trop d’animations pour adultes, pour les enfants en revanche ça reste très animé. La plage est en bas de l’hôtel, des activités nautiques super ! Nick et Sven sont très attentionnés. Vous pouvez prendre des excursions directement auprès de l’hôtel : Excursion en bateau et sortie à Afytos pour nous et c’était bien encadré (que de l’anglais) et vraiment super agréable. Vous pouvez manger au restaurant principal de l’hôtel tous les soirs et les matins. Le midi vous allez dans les 2 autres restaurants, le soir vous pouvez réserver dans les 2 restaurants (1 seule fois pour chaque) ou manger au restaurant principal sans réserver. Les piscines sont nombreuses, propres et pas surpeuplées, vous pouvez commander depuis votre transat un petit cocktail. Hôtel vraiment reposant et très beau. San hésiter j’y retournerais.
