Solicitamos cama de casal e nos deram um quarto com camas de solteiro, mas foi resolvido rápido. O quarto tinha um cheiro especifico, abafado, e mesmo com ar condicionado não melhorou. Os travesseiros poderiam ser um pouco melhores e o hotel forneceu apenas uma toalha pro quarto, sendo que eramos dois hóspedes. O café da manhã era bem servido, funcionários prestativos.

Nossa reserva era Taguatinga....chegamos em Aguas Claras ....bem proximo. A recepcionista muito mau educada nao deu nenhuma INFORMAÇÃO. Ao chegar no correto da reserva um atendimento péssimo....sujo...enfim horrível....nao indico pra ninguem esse Dok Hotel nem aguas claras nem Taguatinga.

Ao fazer a reserva não aparecia que tem duas unidades desse hotel, reservei o que mostrava na foto, porém, ao chegar às 22:30 no hotel, fui informada pela recepcionista que não era ali, e sim na outra unidade. Ali não tinha lugar para me acomodar. Chamaram um Uber e fui até a outra unidade, porém, totalmente diferente do mostrado nas fotos, quando cheguei fiquei muito decepcionada, lugar aparente muito feio, moradores de rua nas calçadas embaixo do hotel. Acomodações ruins e muito barulho de carros e caminhões. A única coisa que salvou foi café da manhã que foi razoável e cama e roupas de cama limpa e confortável. No momento da reserva não é falado dessa outra unidade que é inferior.

Chegando no local, foi observado que não era o quarto reservado, conservação do quarto precária, banheiro comunitário, essa observação do banheiro não foi mencionada em momento algum no site e fechamento da reserva, a pessoa não ficou no hotel, preferiu pagar mais e ir para outro lugar. Propaganda enganosa. Um local que jamais voltaremos.
