We had a wonderful stay at the Godfrey. Friendly staff at check in and all round friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family with a seven year old daughter. It was a great location, great vibe, clean and comfortable. If we ever return to Boston, this is where we’d stay.

Great location, great price and clean

Really great location. The rooms are small but I highly recommend staying here if you don’t plan on being in your room for most of your trip. We walked to our freedom trail tour, Fenway park, little Italy and didn’t have to use our rental car. House keeping was really nice and cleaned our rooms daily. We’d stay here again.

Very nice stay. As soon as we checked in that they upgraded our room and gave us some lovely small bottles of wine, and some extra drink vouchers! While the modern aesthetic is not my style, and I thought the rooms were dark and stark, they were comfortable and quiet. We loved the coffee shop and lobby bar. The location is excellent as well. There's also an amazing sushi restaurant accessible by a "secret" looking door in the lobby! While I wouldn't personally say there again because of my own bias for decoration, I can see why people like it!

AMAZING HOTEL

What an amazing hotel, the doormen are extremely "The BEST". Andre was so helpful on helping us with our bags and we had stayed at the Godfrey just 3 weeks prior and remembered us and brought a bottle of wine and chocolates to our room for coming back. Outstanding service from the checking in to the bartender (free drink tickets). We will definitely be back again and again. So close to Boston Commons and Quincy Market and we went to a concert at City Winery, very close walk.
