The staff were so very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a good size. The bed so very comfortable and big. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was within short and easy walking distance of all the main town centre attractions. I would most definitely stay here again.

A lovely small but just right hotel. Incredibly good price but you don’t need a big Western hotel at those prices! Room was great and a good shower. A gorgeous garden/ pool area, to relax in after the bustle of the day, and great staff; helpful, good suggestions and met our needs. Breakfast was plentiful, variety and eggs cooked to order.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Hoi An. I would strongly recommend this as it is in the heart of the city. Place is awesome - delicious breakfast and dont forget to eat all the fruits /fresh. I would love to go back to this place. The staff are simply wonderful and very helpful.

What a wonderful friendly hotel. From check-in when the desk spent time sharing excellent suggestions and information to assistance with your bookings , they were always available and helpful. Even offered to help find medication when 1 of us were unwell. Breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked options, beautiful pool and grounds. Lovely balcony to enjoy the evening. A great location for enjoying Hoi An.

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at the T & T Villa in Hoi An. It is a wonderful, tranquil place with a beautiful pool, spacious rooms and with a lovely family ambience. We love it and would stay again as soon as the opportunity presents. The breakfast is delightful and the staff are above excellent and so friendly. Highly recommend!

It’s a very tired old property, and it could use some love. I had an issue with the safe which needed to be replaced, and then an issue with the lock on my door which didn’t always function. The location is great, the room is spacious, but I don’t think I’d stay here again until there’s a substantial remodel.

However, the bathroom layout is somewhat strange, and cleanliness could be improved. Sheets were also quite thin. MORETHAN WHAT I EXPECTED.
Homy old villa feel with.the modern comfort, ideally located beside the old town of the most beautiful.city in Vietnam, Hoi an without the city buzz Most rooms are facing the pool. We saw mostly couples or adult guests during our 3 night stay. Customer service was excellent. They are there to please you in every way. I expected a good stay but we even had better than that. They ave me everything i asked for. I asked for a first floor room all the way in the back and the 2 rooms close by each other. Just be careful there are no elevators but they help you move the luggages. And it is so worth it.
