O único ponto forte do hotel é a simpatia dos recepcionistas. Gostaria de registrar um elogio à atenção recebida por eles, principalmente ao Sérgio e ao João. Ficamos hospedados no quarto 1: o banheiro é minúsculo; quarto fica ao lado do local onde o café da manhã é servido, após 6h30 ñ se dorme mais devido ao barulho. Além disso, não repuseram papel higiênico (acredita?!), pedimos fronha para os travesseiros reservas e a resposta foi "não temos", felizmente no dia seguinte "conseguiram" as fronhas. Ainda sobre o café da manhã, começam a servir às 6h30, fomos exatamente esse horário para o café e a copeira disse que não estava liberado, mas ia fazer o "favor" de liberar para nós e outros hóspedes de 3 quartos. Falei que já eram 6h30 e era o horário para começarem a servir e ela respondeu : "mas a gente atrasa", num tom bem agressivo. Lamentável.

Equipe do hotel é excelente, garagem bem organizada, café da manhã justo, limpeza do hotel quanto do quarto muito boa. Tenho apenas três considerações para fazer: - Os colchões do quarto em que fiquei são muito moles, você acorda de madrugada com dor nas costas porque os colchões formam uma "canoa" com o seu peso. - Precisei deixar as janelas do quarto aberta umas três horas para sair o cheiro de cigarro e daquele produto que eles passam para disfarçar o cheiro do cigarro. Quando abri as janelas vi as bitucas de cigarro jogadas na cobertura que fica um pouco abaixo das janelas do hotel. - Ao lado da parede do quarto que fiquei estão instaladas as "máquinas" de ar-condicionado de dois quartos, choveu durante a noite toda e as goteiras caiam em cima dessa máquina fazendo um baita barulho, o que dificultou meu descanso.

Hotel bem localizado no centro da cidade

Hotel com parte das instalações antiga, fiquei no último andar e acho que esta é a parte mais velha, o cafe da manhã é ótimo e todo o pessoal tanto da recepção quanto da cozinha são bem atenciosos o que deixou a desejar foi o quarto e o banheiro são muito pequenos e a descarga do vaso sanitário não estava funcionando bem. Quanto a limpeza poderia ser melhor já que no banheiro havia cabelos no chão.
